Fully automatic microprocessor controlled battery chargers and maintainers
featuring patented Speed Charge technology. These models charge the battery
up to 3 times faster than conventional battery chargers without damaging
the battery. All chargers have no-nonsense, wipe clean touch pad controls,
bright, clear, easy-to-read LED status lights and heavy-duty cases. Model No’s
SPI3S, SCI12S and SCI15S also have LCD progress display screens. Battery
pre-sets include conventional Calcium, AGM/GEL, Leisure, Stop/Start batteries
and the next generation Lithium vehicle batteries (SPI3S only). The charge rate
selector allows the operator to override the standard charge rate and choose a
soft-start programme for very cold batteries. This also enables the charging
and maintenance of small batteries. All models (except Model No. SCI6S) have
de-sulphating mode enabling deeply discharged batteries to be charged. Fully
automatic float mode ensures the battery is kept fully charged.
